  Tuesday 24th January 2023 lo:to create a realistic green screen using imovie DO NOW for my movie trailer I turned the E.T trailer Into a horror trailer. I did this by cutting and slowing clips of the trailer to feel more suspenseful,i also changed the music. 13th December 2022 Tuesday lo: Changing film genre The film i'm changing genre for is "Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory" and i'm turning it into a horror film. Location: Assuming were going of the most popular film version "The film released in 1971" I would change the setting to be more like the original book and make the town Charlie grows up in to be a poor slum instead of the more fantasy like houses in the original movie.  Characters: For the characters i would keep them relatively the same to really add a sense of fear to the movie for these normal children to be attacked like this. Storyline: For the storyline I would i would change the golden ticket troupe to instead have Willy Wonka kidnap these children for him to tortue and test on.   11th October 2022 Tuesday Lo: To analyse a media text using media language Group analysis In the D une trailer, the editing is used effectively to flex its lage cast of celebrities'. For example at the 11 second mark Zendaya enters and says a single line for the trailer and the director uses editing to work the line into the flow of the trailer. This creates anticipation for the show because a highly prestigious actor is in it , and makes the audience thinks its a movie worth seeing. In the Dune trailer, the M ise en scene is used effectively to show its watchers what genre and type of movie this is. For example at the 1 minute and 21 second mark we see a group of futuristic soldiers wearing all black armour and the director uses this to show that this is a scifi movie that is also serious. October 5th wednesday 2022 Lo: film poster analysis The camera shot is ultra wide to show the characters of the film and how large its cast is.The props used are very futuristic sci-fi feeling and the hair and makeup are made to make the actors look dirty and gritty. There facial expression shows that they are serious and the setting is in space so we know that this movie could contain futuristic themes.
